Hi I’m Louie, personal trainer and founder of Make A Difference Fitness.

I’ve been involved in sports almost my entire life beginning with football from an early age, playing for London, Blackheath, Charlton Athletic & England, to name a few. Unfortunately an injury prevented me from almost becoming pro. 

I decided at around 20 years old that fitness was a passion so I took a personal training course and became a level 3 advance personal trainer & nutritionist with Premier fitness. 
Having over 15 years of hard training and knowledge I am very confident at delivering training packages and plans that bring long lasting and immediate results.

Sports, staying active and dance have always been a massive part of her life, her strong passion for fitness has developed into a career of teaching while bringing up her two daughters.


She is eager to inspire others not to live the ‘perfect’ life but the happiest, most fulfilling and healthiest life and strongly believes fitness and staying active are a huge part when it comes to achieving these goals.

She is passionate about making people achieve the best results possible for both their mental and physical well-being.


Steph’s classes are super high energy guaranteed to put you through your paces, dynamic and diverse always aiming to push you to your limits.

Her fun energetic clubfit class will definitely get that heart rate pumping!!

Charlotte is a level 2 and 3 qualified personal trainer, she is passionate about her clients and ensure they always reach the desires they wish for!


She makes fitness fun and enjoyable and encourages everyone to feel good!

Charlottes classes are about pushing your boundaries and uncovering new limits, especially her Barre Fit Classes.

Her two mantras are ‘mind over matter’ and ‘form is everything!’
